Jr. High track season is fast approaching! Our first practice will be March 16th from 3:15-4:30 pm. A parent meeting will follow the first practice. Athletes should wear athletic clothing and bring water for practice. Classroom teachers will offer students a chance to sign up this week. We are proud to announce that Amber and Kaylyn were selected as recipients of the 2025–2026 National FFA SAE Grant!
The National FFA Organization awards competitive grants to FFA members to help grow, and enhance their Supervised Agricultural Experiences (SAEs). These grants will allow Amber and Kaylyn to do hands-on projects in both their school and community to develop real-world skills in agriculture education .
To earn this grant, they:
Aligned their projects with AFNR career pathways and completed a detailed grant application.
We are so proud of the hard work, dedication, and initiative these young leaders continue to show.

Best of luck to our Galva FFA members competing tonight in the District I FFA Proficiency Interviews!

M. Anderson, S. Kaiser, and R. Collister will be presenting their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) project records, answering judges’ questions, and sharing the skills and knowledge they have developed through their agricultural projects. FFA members from Sections 1–5 will be competing tonight for the top spot in their SAE category and the opportunity to advance to State Awards Day on March 21st.

Wishing them the best of luck at Geneseo tonight!
