Jude was awarded with a Positive Referral today from Mrs. Corkill. Jude demonstrates the Wildcat Way on a regular basis and we are proud of his accomplishments!
REMINDER - 1:55 Dismissal on both Thursday and Friday of this week
Thursday, December 18th is a 1:55pm dismissal day. Junior High Students will be on a Leo's Club Field Trip to the Peoria Rivermen Education Day Game. High School Students will be taking Odd Period Final Exams.
Yesterday in Mrs. Norway's class, her students were working with Finch Robots. After mapping out the course on paper, students used coding to put the robots in motion to complete the course.
Last night the Jr High FFA took on their first ever FFA contest. These kids showed up and represented Galva amazingly. Within our division of Plant Science we have two of our 3 in the top 3. Congratulations to Charlotte Mackie for receiving 1st place in Plant Science and Grace Conrad for receiving 2nd place in Plant Science! Sawyer Hulstrom was our 3rd member and did great as well. As a team they placed 2nd out of 4 teams. I am beyond proud of these kids and the hard work they have put in!

Last week, Interact members sent over 75 holiday cards to people all over the country via the Angel Card project, focusing primarily on children in need of some holiday cheer. Huge thanks to all who donated cards and stamps to support this project!

Our K-6 Elementary Students are excited to perform in their annual Winter Concert! Both performance on Tuesday will take place in the Jr/Sr High School Gymnasium.
🎄🧑🎄Don't forget that tonight is the PreK Christmas Concert! Our AM & PM PreK students will be performing live at 6:00 PM in the Elementary Gymnasium

HS Boys Basketball will travel to Port Byron, Riverdale for for 5:30 PM & 7:00 PM Games.
HS Girls Basketball will host Wethersfield at 6:00 PM at the Jr/Sr High School.
