Wow! 1st grade just finished up a super, busy week. We celebrated the 100th day of school (a day late), prepared for Groundhog Day (majority thinks early spring), played Bingo, and lost some teeth!

Ms. Morse's Kindergarteners were learning about subtraction with numbers 0-10. Students used ten-frames and manipulatives to solve subtraction word problems.

Attention 5-12 grade band and choir parents: We are looking for concession stand workers for the high school for Tuesday Feb 3. We need 3 people in concessions and 1 person to run popcorn machine. Need to be at the school by 5:15 to be set up for the game at 6p. Working this concession stand will help earn money to support our band, choir, and drama program! If you can help, please let Debbie Gravitt or Mr. Angelo know. Thanks!

There will be a 2026 High School Track and Field interest meeting on Tuesday, February 3rd, at 3:00 in the Cafeteria. We will have calendars as well as information on our spring fundraiser and team store. #feedthesecats

What a night! JH Volleyball 8th grade defeated R/W. 8th grade boys basketball defeated Annawan and is now in the Regional Championship. Varsity Girls Basketball defeated United. GO CATS GO!

Galva is on fire tonight! 8th grade boys, F/S Boys, Varsity Boys all won their basketball games. 7th and 8th grade Volleyball won their matches. What a night for the Wildcats!

PreK Screening Dates Announced! Children signing up for Pre-K must be at least 3 years old before September 1, 2026. Current Pre-K students returning to Pre-K for next year will be automatically registered for the 2026-27 school year.
